Confirmation of booking
The validity of the reservation, to all intents and purposes, is subject to the payment of the deposit that you' can do by postal order to our address, by bank transfer to the data that you will be provided by mail or by credit card.
Arrival
The day of arrival the rooms will be reserved from 14.00. If you arrive after 20.00, please let us know.
In case of late arrival we will be forced to charge 100% of the price of the entire period booked.
Departure
The day of departure please vacate your room by 10.00 am.
Early departure: in case of early departure, we will be forced to charge 100% of the price of the entire period booked.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (VISA, YOU CARD, MASTERCARD, PAY POST)
Cancellation
Reservations can be canceled only by written communication .For cancellations until 40 days before the day of the communicated arrival the deposit will be refunded , if you cancel after this date you will lose the entire deposit.
We follow the norms of the EU for the cancellation of hotel accommodation and travel: should you cancel an hotel stay or arrive later or stop your staying in advance, you should get charged for the entire period booked or, respectively, the deposit will be held back. This are the conditions for international cancellations. (Jurisdiction: Trento).
According to the the law the entire structure is a non-smoking area. The reductions are specified for children and young adults sharing a room with two paying adults and in 3 .and 4. bed.
Animals
Pets are accepted on request, if they are small and only in standardrooms. However, please understand if we don’t allow them the enttance to all public areas and especially to the restaurant and spa. Please also be advised that any damage to property and / or persons are charged to the owner of the animal.
Internet
If you want Internet connection you can use the pay service: there is wi-fi in common areas (excluding restaurant and spa). In the rooms we can provide cable for connection to your computer. In the reception area is situated an Internet point.
